Link to Outlook so we can keep a transactional record in history of emails linked to a particular client.

autoresponder
an average customer requires about 7 followups before they purchase anything. for internet marketing, i would love to have a series of video autoresponders, similar to infusionsoft or aweber, that could segment and send the videos in a systematic and sequential manner after an action takes place.

allow logos to carry custom links
After uploading our own logos using the PRO Plus package, it would be nice if we could associated custom URL links with them so that our customers can click straight to our own sites.

add keyboard shortcuts for recording
More specifically, add them for stopping and starting recording. Right now, one has to have some manual dexterity and good timing to gracefully end a recording session. Add a keyboard shortcut (space bar) to make it easier.

need better video quality
The quality of the end product is lacking the kind of quality I would like my clients to see. eyejot is a great tool for keeping in touch with clients and i would like to upgrade but only if the quality gets better.

add editing tools to trim seconds off front and back
Ah, that awkward moment at the end of the video when I try to hit stop while not maintaining pleasant eyecontact with the embedded camera.
Can you add tiny bits of editing tools in the browser?

We intend (see other suggestion) to add keyboard shortcuts for cutting off the video in a more precise, less awkward manner and we do intend at some point to offer simply editing features.

Track who has and who has not viewed the video once sent.
If sending a video out to a large group it would be nice to see who is viewing the video and who isnt...

Add a "3,2,1" to indicate when recording starts..
After selecting the "record" button add a countdown that would indicate when recording would begin..

allow users to add multiple e-mail addresses to an account
I'd like to be able to use my Eyejot account both at work and at home, which would eliminate the need for a separate user account for each e-mail address.

Good suggestion. The challenge, for us, is that we tie the email address to the account and use that for providing you with notification about the arrival of new Eyejot messages. Since Eyejot has both free and premium versions, how about using a free account for personal use and a PRO or PRO Plus at work for professional use? It might, also, make managing your address book easier and prevent your work world from mingling with your personal, home world.

import from Skype/Gmail contact account. I hate retyping email addresses.
Create an import from Gmail/Skype contacts so users do not have to retype emails.

Create message priorities for eyejot
These message priorities would not only apply to the recipient's eyejot inbox but would also apply to their regular email inbox as well.
They would also be very helpful in communicating with coworkers.
